SEPTEMBER MEETING

There are still some seats available to next week's Meet the Experts event at Kentwood Office Furniture.  Please remember that registration is required if you are planning to attend.  If you have not received a confirmation of your registration -- you are not registered.  Members are invited to invite a first-time guest from a non-member company to this meeting.  In doing so, you will be able to use this coupon to attend free yourself.

If you would like to attend this meeting, you must register by email at info@wmsbf.org by Wednesday, September 9.  Cost of attending is $10.

MEETING FEES AND REGISTRATION

As you know, we collect a $10 meeting fee at each month's event.  These fees help cover the costs (which range up to $15 per person) incurred each month.  Through July, our monthly meeting luncheon expenses for 2009 totaled $4,410.40.  We collected $2,839.00 in meeting fees from those in attendance.  The fees allow smaller organizations to host a meeting, to cover the costs for guests and to help offset the difference between actual costs and anticipated expenses.  Regardless, there is a gap between anticipated and actual costs...so here's how you can help:

1.       Register in advance for a meeting

2.       Indicate if you are bringing guests

Additionally, consider sponsoring a meeting, in whole, or in part.  Doing so will result in publicity of your organization's generosity as well as the opportunity to address the group and/or assist with program development for the event.
